Arrival at Narita

After arriving from a 10 hour 30 minute flight and passing through customs, it was awesome to see Todd waiting for me immediately outside the exit. Whew! No need to find the Starbucks that we had planned to meet at. We immediately went to the ATM machine in the airport. There was a Citibank one there, and apparently, it's difficult to find ATMs in Japan. Todd said only the Post Offices have ATMs to use, and they're not always open, so he recommended I take out some Yen at the airport.
