Ramen

There were five ramen noodle houses on the same city block.  Ramen served in every imaginable way.  Again, I could have eaten at each of them.  The payment system is interesting.  You need to buy a ticket at a vending machine in the restaurant and then present that ticket to the waitress.  In this way, the staff does not handle any of the money at all.  That is all done using the vending machine.  They just serve the food.  Interesting.  Todd bought some gyoza too, and they made it fresh right in front of us by the counter.  You could see them making each one and then frying them in a gyoza fryer.  Way cool.  The noodles were awesome, and we just sat and chatted there for a while.
